Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to all 50 states, and we are in the process of providing international shipping to select markets. 

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am CST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

How do I place a return or exchange? 

Sconset will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days. Please see our returns/exchanges page for complete information. We only accept returns for items purchased through If you purchased a Sconset item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

Pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).

Include a copy of your packaging slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Sconset order confirmation number
  • A note about why you’re returning the item(s)


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

How can I check on the status of my order?  

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order has shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order? 

Orders submitted on process and ship quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Do Sconset sunscreens provide both UVA and UVB protection?
Yes, our products provide broad spectrum SPF 30 and broad spectrum 40 protection. They underwent both UVB testing and the new UVA in vitro testing and met the requirements for the new FDA Broad Spectrum SPF labeling. If used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions on the label), these sunscreens can decrease the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun.
Are Sconset products cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products are gluten free.


Does Sconset sunscreen contain Oxybenzone?

Never! It's very important to us that all of our products are safe for people & the ocean. Therefore, all of our sunscreen products are reef-safe.
